2. What are the benefits of Noni?

Noni (Morinda citrifolia) has been used as a medicinal plant for over 2,000 years in Polynesia. Traditionally, Polynesians had many medicinal uses for noni including for fevers, headaches, malaria, bone fractures, dislocations, gastrointestinal disorders, urinary ailments, worms, wounds, rheumatism, and hypertension (high blood pressure). 

Clinically, it is reported to have a broad range of therapeutic effects, including antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antitumor, analgesic, hypotensive, anti-inflammatory and as an immune enhancer.

7. How to consume this product?

8. Can Noni Pomegranate Essence be taken together with coffee or tea? What about alcohol or tobacco?

Noni Pomegranate Essence contains proxeronine which is a compound alkaloid that is quite similar to alkaloids found in coffee, tea, alcohol and tobacco. Protein receptors in the body may be unable to differentiate proxeronine from other alkaloids. Thus, it is better to take the product at least 1 hour after or before coffee, tea, alcohol or tobacco to avoid any interruptions.

9. Can someone take Noni Pomegranate Essence while he/she is taking medicines?

Noni Pomegranate Essence is food that can provide synergistic functions and enhance the effect of other health supplements and medicines. However, if you feel uncomfortable taking them together, please seek advice from a doctor.

10. Do I need to take it continuously after my health has improved?

Noni Pomegranate Essence will always make a healthy companion, and especially so if you have unhealthy eating habits which often cause diseases. You may choose to stop for a month and resume another session for treatment.

11. Can people who has undergone organ transplant take this product?

Not advisable. This is because Noni Pomegranate Essence can enhance body immunity and may induce body rejection against the new organ. This also applies to cornea transplants.

4. What is the meaning of pH?

 pH is the quantitative measurement of acidity or alkalinity of a substance or solution. The pH scale is based on the number of hydrogen ions (H⁺) in the solution and runs from 0 to 14. 

5. What is alkaline mineral water?

• Alkaline mineral water is a type of water that consists of higher amount of hydroxyl (OH^-) ions than hydrogen ions (H⁺).

• When there are more OH^- ions than H⁺ ions, pH value will be higher than 7 and it is alkaline.

2. What are the differences between Probiotic and Prebiotic?

 Many people cannot differentiate probiotics and prebiotics as the names are quite similar. Actually, they are not the same. Probiotics are the bacteria itself that help to maintain intestinal flora balance whilst prebiotics are the food for probiotics to increase the activity and encourage propagation of probiotics! Probiotics are beneficial bacteria that stay in human intestines. These bacteria can help improve metabolic process which create beneficial substances that can’t be produced by the human body itself, for eg. Vitamin K. The lack of these bacteria, or an imbalance in such flora will weaken the body's immune system and induce diseases. So it is vital for the bacteria to be at an optimal level to maintain the desired health. A wide range of probiotics, including: Lactobacillus, Bifidus, Saccharomyces Boulardii, etc., can stabilize the composition of gut bacteria; inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, thus enhancing the immunization capacity of the digestive tract.

3. Why do we need to replenish probiotics?

 We live in a stressful environment, with frequent exposure to air and water pollution; our daily diet is often unhealthy where we consume too much meats and fats, too much refined and processed foods, with insufficient intake of fibre.  It varies among individuals. The most direct response is through your feces. Normally, the process of defecation becomes smooth, the color of feces is usually lighter or slightly yellowish. For people who have had long-term constipation, the color of feces tends to be darker. However, it will turn to be normal after a few days.

11. Who need to replenish probiotics?

 Weak groups: elderly, children and women. 12. Can cancer patients take CryoBac 193?

2. What is Cryptomonadales? What are the differences between Cryptomonadales and other algae?

Algae are not new to consumers, especially chlorella and spirulina. Both species contain different nutrients, for example, chlorella contains specific growth factors and is rich in chlorophyll whilst spirulina is rich in vitamins, minerals and contains unique phycocyanin.

After almost 20 years of research, Prof. Wang Shun Te has been able to develop Cryptomonadales, a new species of algae using bio-technology. 3. What is PPARs activator?

PPARs are the "nuclear hormone receptor super family". This super family can be divided into PPAR α, β and γ respectively. These three types have different physiological functions, for eg: PPAR α, works mainly in the liver, muscle and heart; PPAR γ, works mainly in adipose tissue, intestines and pancreas; PPAR β works mainly in the skin and skeletal muscles. 4. Which foods contain PPARs activators?

 Whilst some foods and herbs such as: bitter melon, soybean, mango skin, pomegranate, green tea, yam, licorice etc have been found to contain PPARs activators, does this make these items superfoods? Clearly, the answer is no because the issue is how much PPARs activators can be found in those foods and how active those PPARs activators are!

5. What is Healthy Food Certification?

Taiwan's Department of Health Administration started to implement [Health Food Control Act] since August 3, 1999. Health Food is defined as food that is able to provide specific nutrients or have specific health benefits. In order to obtain the certification, it must comply with these conditions: scientifically proven to be safe and effective, scientifically proven that its benefits are stable and that it is not harmful to human health. 6. If I am able to consume balanced nutrition daily, do I still need to take INPPAR®?

 Daily supplementation of Cryptomonadales is needed. It is doubtful that we can achieve a balanced diet today. It is also highly unlikely that we can get adequate PPARs activators on a daily basis because not every food contains PPARs activators.
