Recommendation uses:
Suitable for cooking, baking, stir frying with vegetables, steaming eggs, deep frying, drizzling over salad, soup rice, cereal and versatile cooking uses.

Usage Tips:
Avoid cooking food with excessive moisture content, dry food prior to cooking
Use optimum amount of this cooking oil, for deep frying purpose not recommended to reuse more than 3 times (Oil needs to be covered and advisable to be used within 2 days).
Store in a cool dry area, keep away from direct sunlight. Best to consume within 2 months after opening.

Palm oil is derived from the fruit of the oil palm tree. In its natural, unprocessed state, palm oil is dark red in colour due to a high content of carotenoids, including β-carotene (a vitamin A precursor that gives carrots their distinctive colour) and lycopene.Red palm oil in its crude form is very strong tasting. It’s very pungent and has a smell like overripe mushrooms. It’s not very palatable. Without processing, crude palm oil (CPO) has limited utility in the kitchen. In addition, CPO contains free fatty acids (FFA), moisture, trace metals, and other impurities that limit its shelf life.
Hence, CPO is usually refined to remove odors, flavors, and impurities, as well as the red color that many consumers find unappetizing. Refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) palm oil is bland, odorless, light yellow in color, and semisolid at room temperature, making it an ideal replacement for partially hydrogenated oils in many snack products and baked goods.
However, as a result of large scale processing, CPO loses most of the beneficial components such as carotenes and antioxidants.

4. What’s the difference between palm fruit oil and palm kernel oil? Do they share the same fat composition?
Whilst both palm oil and palm kernel oil are extracted from palm fruit, they are different in terms of physical and chemical properties. Palm kernel oil consists of 80% saturated fat and 20% unsaturated fat, whereas palm fruit oil contains 50% saturated fat and 50% unsaturated fat.5. Is it true that NATURED extra virgin red palm oil only consists of saturated fat?
It is not true that NATURED extra virgin red palm oil contains only saturated fat. It has a balanced fatty acid composition with 50% saturated fat and 50% unsaturated fat (40% monounsaturated fat and 10% polyunsaturated fat).In fact, red palm oils are currently touted to be the healthiest of the edible fats in the human diet.This is probably due to the ratio of its saturated fatty acid to unsaturated fatty acid content and its high concentration of antioxidants such as beta-carotene, tocotrienols, tocopherols and vitamin E. It has also been reported that the consumption of red palm oil reduces the level of endogenous cholesterol, and this seems to be due to the presence of the tocotrienols.
